MCharge is registered with the Data Protection Commission and in doing so must demonstrate to the body that it adheres to strict guidelines with regard to data collection and management. Call statistics are protected in house by a password protected client website and only a limited number of MCharge staff has access to the MCharge master call logging package. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance.
